POSSIBILITY STUDY · 05
Eight WhatsApp groups for one project.
A possibility study. We built this concept end to end as a working prototype, inspired by the real operational bottleneck of a boutique interior design studio. The same system can be commissioned, customized, and shipped to your business in 14 days.
Sound like your business? Interior designers. Architects. Any project-based service business juggling clients on WhatsApp. The pattern is the same.
We have already imagined this. Let's explore yours →
THE PRACTICE
A two-person studio.
Six clients at a time.
Ananya runs Studio Noor with one project manager and a rotating bench of trusted contractors. Six homes in progress at any time. Each one a six-month build with forty material decisions, three vendor cycles, and one anxious homeowner.
The portal turns that anxiety into a quiet feed. Every morning the site supervisor posts a photo, a status, and what is next. The client opens the app instead of texting Ananya.
Carrara marble
Oak veneer
Cream linen
Brass detailing
THE PROBLEM
Six apps. Zero clarity.
Mood boards on Pinterest. Floor plans as PDFs on Drive. Material photos on WhatsApp. Invoices as screenshots. Updates scattered across six different apps.
“Clients ask ‘what is the status?’ and Ananya has to scroll through 40 chats to find the answer.”
THE SOLUTION
One portal. Everything visible.
01 / 04
See the big picture
A living timeline of your entire project. Which phase you are in, what is done, what is next. Updated by the site supervisor daily through WhatsApp.
02 / 04
Daily updates without asking
Every day, the portal shows what happened. Photos from the site, material arrivals, decisions made. No more calling Ananya at 11pm asking for status.
03 / 04
Know where every rupee went
Real-time budget tracking broken down by category. Payment schedule with automatic reminders. No more compiling receipts into spreadsheets.
04 / 04
Everything in one place
Floor plans, renders, invoices, material selections. All stored, organized, and accessible. Not scattered across email, Drive, and WhatsApp.
THE BRIDGE
Supervisors update through WhatsApp. Clients see it in the portal.
