POSSIBILITY STUDY · 04
Four locations. Four POS systems. No single view.
A possibility study. We built this concept end to end as a working prototype, inspired by the real operational bottleneck of a regional QSR chain. The same system can be commissioned, customized, and shipped to your business in 12 days.
Sound like your business? QSR chains. Multi-location restaurants. Any food brand running on gut feel and a POS dump. The pattern is the same.
We have already imagined this. Let's explore yours →
THE OWNER
Faisal opened the first Zaatar Republic above a tailor in Sharjah in 2019. The lamb is slow-roasted, the bread is pressed in-house, the toum is whipped twice a day. People queued. He opened a second location. Then two more.
Four locations. A thousand orders a day. Three managers he has to call. A WhatsApp group that pings every minute. Inventory decisions made by gut. We built him the dashboard.
Without unit economics data, Faisal is flying blind. He knows monthly profit but cannot tell you which dish earns and which dish bleeds.
Actual Margin: 11.8%
Actual Margin: 50%
THE SOLUTION
POS systems, delivery platforms, and supplier invoices feed into one place. No manual entry.
Demand patterns, waste trends, margin calculations, and pricing opportunities. Updated every hour.
How much chicken to order. Which items to promote. When to run offers. Faisal decides with data, not guesses.
